What we don’t produce ourselves we source from other local farms who tend and harvest responsibly.

What we can’t find locally, we source regionally and organically for unmistakable freshness and flavor.

Whenever possible, we seek out ingredients in their simplest form and prepare them fresh in our kitchen. This means we mill wheat berries for flour, grind our own spices, and seed and skin our own grapes.

Food is how we connect with our community.

We love farming and cooking and knowing our efforts nourish our neighbors fills us with joy.
